Each year, Middleburgh Central School District sends one sophomore to attend the Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Seminar (HOBY.) This year, teachers selected Aster McGiver to attend the June 2-4 event at the University of Albany.Ībout 200 students from Eastern NY were invited to explore their talents and develop their leadership potential.
